Main Options

Encoding Preset

This dropdown let's you choose which encoding preset will be used to export the clips.
If a preset with the same name is found in multiple folders listed in the preferences only the first one will be show up.

Tracks

Track Type

This switch let's you choose between using audio or video tracks

Track Choice

This dropdown let's you choose which track(s) will be used

Solo Track

This toggle let's you choose if the track that is being exported should be soloed during the export

Clip Filters

This dropdown let's you enable filters to choose which clips should/shouldn't be exported. The following options are available:

Clip Name starts with

Only export clips if the name starts with the specified string

Clip Name contains

Only export clips if the name contains the specified string

Clip name ends with

Only export clips if the name ends with the specified string. This filter ignores the file extension and check only the clip name

Clip name is

Only export clips if the name is exactly the specified string

Clip is selected

Only export clips if they are selected in the sequence

Clip is not selected

Only export clips if they are not selected in the sequence

Ignore adjustment layers

Only export clips if they are not adjustment layers

Clip duration is more than

Only export clips if they are longer than the number of seconds specified

Clip duration is less than

Only export clips if they are shorter than the number of seconds specified

Clip is within sequence in and out points

Only export clips if they are within the sequence in and out points

Clip is not within sequence in and out points

Only export clips if they are not within the sequence in and out points

Clip is in bin

Only export clips if they are in a project bin with the specified name

Clip file extension is

Only export clips if they have the specified file extension

Ignore offline clips

Only export clips if they are not offline

Clip is a nested sequence

Only export clips if they are nested sequences

Clip is not a nested sequence

Only export clips if they are not nested sequences

Ignore disabled clips

Only export clips if they are enabled

File Name

This field has a built in dropdown that can be used to add variables to the file name.
The dropdown can be open by typing Shift+Space, Down Arrow key or by Double Clicking.
If the dropdown is open the text input is used to narrow down the options.
To move the input field around use the left and right arrow keys.
To remove a variable or text Alt+Click the button.
To edit a text Double Click it. The available variables are:

Clip Name

Name of the clip in the sequence. This can be different than the name in the project panel.

Clip File Name

Name of the clip file. This can be different than the name in the sequence and in the project panel.

Clip Index

Index of the clip in the containing track.

Clip Start: Frames

The frame number at which the clip starts in the sequence.

Clip Start: Timecode

The timecode at which the clip starts in the sequence.
00-00-24-17, 00-01-15-10, ...

Clip Start: Timecode Number

The timecode at which the clip starts in the sequence, digits only.
00002417, 00011510, ...

Item Name

Name of the clip in the project panel. This can be different than the name in the sequence.

Sequence Name

Name of the sequence containing the clip.

Sequence Fps

Frames rate of the sequence containing the clip.
23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, ...

Sequence Resolution

Resolution of the sequence containing the clip.
1920x1080, 3840x2160, ...

Sequence Width

Width of the sequence containing the clip.

Sequence Height

Height of the sequence containing the clip.

Track Name

Name of the track containing the clip.

Project Name

Name of the project.

Counter

Index of clip in the current export. Increments with every clip exported and resets after the export is done.

Full Date

The full date at the time each clip export starts.

Date: Day

The day at the time each clip export starts.

Date: Month

The month at the time each clip export starts.

Date: Year

The year at the time each clip export starts.

Date: Hour

The hour at the time each clip export starts.

Date: Minutes

The minutes at the time each clip export starts.

Date: Seconds

The seconds at the time each clip export starts.

Output Folder

This dropdown let's you choose output folder options. The following are available:

Custom Folder...

Opens a select folder dialog

Clip Folder

Exports each clip to the same folder their source file is located. If this option is selected and the clip is a nested sequence or has no source file path the clip is rendered to the folder where the project file is located

Project Folder

Exports each clip to the same folder the project file is located

Export

AME

This toggle let's you choose if the clips should be exported directly in Premiere Pro or sent to Media Encoder

Active Sequence

Export clips from the current open sequence

Selected Bin

Export clips from every sequence in the bin selected in the project panel

After Export

Create new sequence

Creates a sequence after exporting the clips and placing the clips in the new sequence at their original time

Export FCP Xml

Export the new sequence as FCP Xml

Others

Refresh Extension

Refreshes the options in the extension in case new tracks were added/removed

Auto Refresh

This toggle let's you choose if the extension should refresh in fixed intervals

Interval

This slider let's you choose how many seconds to wait before each refresh

Auto Load Last Used Settings

This toggle let's you choose if the extension should load the settings it last used

Tracks

Solo Linked Item(s) Track(s)

This toggle let's you choose if when Solo Track is on the tracks that contain linked clips should also be soloed.
If a video clip has for example linked audio in tracks A1 and A2 those tracks will also be soloed.

Encoding Presets

Import Preset

Opens a file select dialog for importing new .epr preset files.
If you have multiple presets folders listed the extension will import the presets to the first listed folder.
By default no presets are overwritten, if one already exists with the same file name the newly imported one is renamed.
Ctrl + Click to import only presets that are not already in the folder, this avoids duplicates.
Ctrl + Alt/Option + Shift + Click to import and overwrite presets if they have the same file name.

Add Presets Folder

Opens a folder select dialog for choosing a folder in which the extension should look for preset files. This files are not imported, the actual folder is used.
Shift + Click to add the default extension presets folder.

Preset Folder(s) List

The folders the extension uses for checking for encoding presets are listed here.
Click the folder button to open it in the system file explorer.
Click the minus icon to remove any folders.

Notifications

This dropdown let's you choose notification options. The following are available:

Let me know everything

Shows all notifications.

Tell me just some things

Shows only notifications that are warnings or errors.

Bother me with errors only

Shows only notifications if errors occur.

Manage Preferences

Import

Opens a file select dialog for importing a .json file with extension preferences.

Export

Opens a file save dialog for saving a .json file with the current extension preferences.

Reset

Resets the extension preferences. Extension restart required.
