To enable an SSL connection between Oracle Directory Manager and the directory server:
The server must be SSL enabled. To enable SSL on the directory server, set the SSL parameters in the server configuration set entry.
There must be a wallet on the client side.
You must set the SSL parameters on this page.

If you choose None or Server Only authentication, you can use a default wallet created for all users of the Oracle Directory Manager. To create a wallet, see the appendix on the Oracle Wallet Manager in Oracle Internet Directory Administrator's Guide.
If you choose Client and Server Authentication, you must use your own wallet for client authentication to the server.
