The user name with superuser powers and access rights is the following DN:
cn=orcladmin
You specify this in the Oracle Internet Directory server Connect window (see Starting the Directory Server ) that appears when you first connect to an Oracle Internet Directory database.
The default password that is used for cn=orcladmin is welcome. After you are logged into Oracle Directory Manager and have connected to a directory server, you should change this password to protect the Directory. To do so:
Select this directory server in the navigator pane.
In the right pane, select the Passwords tab.
Select the existing password for orcladmin.
Enter a new password.
Click OK to save your new password.
You might also want to change the passwords for Guest and Proxy.
