A utility included with Oracle Names to control various functions for Oracle Names servers , such as starting, stopping, and getting the status of an Oracle Names server.
Prior to performing a series of commands against an individual Oracle Names server, enter
namesctl
NAMESCTL> SET SERVER onames_serverCommands are executed in the following manner:
namesctl command
