Entry Properties

This pane displays the DN, object classes, and attributes of an entry. Properties are displayed in alphabetical order.

You can choose to view only those attributes that have been assigned values by clicking Only Non-null Values. You can view all available attributes by clicking All.

Note: You cannot change attributes that are part of the distinguished name (DN).

To change the value of an attribute, type the new value in the attribute field.

You cannot use this pane to add an attribute that is not already available as part of one of the assigned object classes. You must add it as an optional attribute to an object class. To do this, select Schema Management.

You cannot change the object classes assigned to the entry after it has been created and its attributes have been assigned values.

To search for subentries of this entry, click the Search tab.

To see, change, or create subtree access rules click the Subtree Access tab.

To see, change, or create local access rules in this entry, click the Local Access tab.

To save any changes you make, click Apply.

To delete your changes, click Revert.
