Replication is the process of exactly duplicating your Oracle Internet Directory data and software on other machines that have an agreement to share their updates.
Most of the steps to set up replication are done outside of the Oracle Directory Manager. For detailed information about replication, see the chapter on replication in Oracle Internet Directory Administrator's Guide.
To view and change the configuration set parameters for replication servers, in the navigator pane, select Server Management > Replication Server > Default Configuration Set. In this release there can be only one replication configuration set.
