**The Readme has been moved to a .chm file which Windows users can natively open but Mac users can't. If you can't open the .chm file, please go to the official page for Dreams of Drean at www.planetminecraft.com and look at the changelog.**

**First off, this has only been created with "The Item Update". All prior updates aren't included.**

==It's really really really 1.8 now!==
Converted the default steve skin back to 1.8 format.
Did major changes on the readme, changelog and some tweaks on the documentations. Basically, all the extra files have now been compiled down to a CHM file. This is natively supported by Windows but Apple and Linux users may have trouble. I'm sorry. However, you should be able to get an application to read CHM files.
However, for the time being, I will still include .txt files until I feel that I can get rid of them.

Otherwise, this was a rather small update. With 1.8 being released now, I am happy to use CubikPro to start making models again. So updates after this will consist of 3D model updates.

==Pillow munchers and dancing flowers!==
This is a drug trip update.

Pig face was redone to match the style of all the other entities.
Default skin was coverted back down to -1.8 until 1.8 is released.
Zombie Villager eyes were made more uniform to the rest of the body and to the normal zombie colour scheme.
Can you handle the thought that you have a cuddly pillow that can cuddle you at night? Watch that pillow.
The dandelion was way to neon. It is no longer neon. It is now yellow.
I taught the dandelion how to dance. "Put your left petal in...put your left petal out..."

==I Haz Armor!==
Daylight detector top inverted
Red Sand was adjusted
All the red sandstone
Armor Stand
Banner Base Item
Banner Overlay Item
Armor Stand Item
The cats and ocelots were messed up, they're fixed now.
Spawn egg overlay had one stray pixel. Took care of that.

==Raise the Banner and shout "For the Guardian!"==
Guardian
Guardian Elder
There was an issue with the crosshairs. This has finally been fixed!!! :D
Skulls Banner
Creeper Banner
Flower Banner
Banner Base
Brick Banner

==What's up Doc?==
Finally got the JAR for this one since it had bunnies. :3
Also, Minecraft is starting to use randomized rotations of certain block tops. Doesn't work with Dreams of Drean, so I'll have to convert things back so it doesn't rotate. This will be fixed in the next update.

There was also an issue with the official documentation. Got that taken care of.

Raw Mutton
Cooked Mutton
Leather Chestplate Item Overlay
All the rabbit textures
Rabbit Cooked
Rabbit Raw
Rabbit Foot
Rabbit Hide (Yes! Feel guilty when you skin a rabbit!)
Rabbit Stew

In the snapshot that released bunnies, there appears to be a glitch with the leaves. At a distance, they become fancy leaves. But when close up, they become fast leaves with nasty colours inbetween. Excuse this... I can't fix it right now.

==It's 1.8 for real now!==
Changed some kind of barrier item. Not idea what it is.
Shortened the egg. Now it's more cubeish.

Compressed the music which cut off about 16MB. Quality is lowered drastically but
that's ok. Basicly, if you want to steal it, you're an idiot. It's terrible quality
and is only worth listening to in Minecraft. If you want to listen to it all the
time, you're an idiot. Go buy Lindsey Stirling's music or watch the videos on YouTube, the quality is excellent from those sources! Mine sucks as a source.

Also, I cut the 3D models for the time being. Mojang keeps changing their system and I don't want to release models until they have released 1.8 and Cubik Pro is up to date with the correct format.

(The following were made while blind as I had the snapshot JAR but couldn't run it.)
Coarse Dirt
Prismarine Bricks
Dark Prismarine Bricks
Prismarine Rough
Wet Sponge
Sea Lantern

Prismarine Shard
Prismarine Crystal

==It's 1.8, mate!==
Adjusted the shading on the water lily
Added animation to the Nether portal
Adjusted the sheep's eyes
Animated the dropper
Textured the Endermite...even though I have no idea what it is.
Changed the cloud texture. Not quite happy with it though.
Adjusted the Jukebox to reflect the USB records and animated the top.
Changed the undershirt of the villager priest along with two pixels that needed to be a different colour.
Adjusted the texture to the crafting bench.
Daylight detector was a bit too dark for my liking. Lightened the colours ever so slightly.
Added more depth to the feather item.
Discovered a glitch regarding the pumpkin pie texture. There is an odd pixel outside the crust when placed in a frame. Perfectly fine otherwise.
Better shading on the mushroom stew.
Completely redid the charcoal item.
Added a pixel so that the jungle sapling 3D model will work. Will revert this later once I adjust the model.
GUI updated in preperation for the release of MC v1.8
Textured the Slime block.
Tweaked a few mistakes in the Official Documentation.
Textured the granite, andesite, diorite and all their respective polished blocks. Made the polished blocks look really nice for nice looking houses, quicker.
Textured the iron trapdoor.
Adjusted the red wool texture.
Edited the unofficial documentation.
Adjusted the sapling's 3D model collection file until the oak and birch saplings are done. They are a pain...

==It's Alive!==

Added the "Pass Me The Fish" end story in to the texts folder. It's in Microsoft Word format.

Animated the Reeds and made them look nicer. Which basiclly meant a bit more shading. They hadn't been touched since day one of the texture pack.

Provided the secondary hay bale texture which is duller and better for a more toned down build.

Organized the folders for the static and animated textures so you can change them out manually at will. There is a tool in the works for making this a lot easier. But I didn't tell you this... Shhh...

==Ore, Stone and Cobwebs! Oh my!==

A tweak on the colour of the stone (lightened the dark lines) and redid all the ores to suit. Also cleaned up the ores so it's not so busy and hard to look at. Emerald ore was majorly changed.

Also changed the cobwebs so they aren't Nazi looking any more.

Completely reworked the glowstone. Left the frame but added better shading and a slight design improvement to it. The actual glowstone part was lightened due to a request and the design was made more "sunny". Also changed the glowstone lamp and made it's shading a LOT better.

Animated the bedrock speaker. Don't like it so I would like feedback on it.

Changed out the knight painting for a pixel Dreams of Drean logo.

==MC Version 1.7.4==

This is an update indeed to wrap up the texture pack.
Changed or finalized textures include:
Enderdragon
Paintings
Horse armour
Animated the Jukebox
Tweaked the colour of the melon
Edited the beacon beam and it is now the coolest thing I have ever seen!!!

Also changed the music folder system. Mojang changed theirs which screwed things up for me. Some music has been left as the original as I am too lazy to change those. Plus it gives the pack a nice mixed feel.

Changed the story at the End. The one before the credits, you know? Hope you guys like it. If you feel it's not worth having, tell me. If you hate it and want me to burn it, also tell me.

Paintings are theoretically done. I just grabbed various things I had made and inserted them there. There will be a slow change over of these paintings until they are all uniform.

As for any unfinished textures, these are meant to be that way. I may texture them in the future but at the momemnt, there is no pressing need.

=="The Item Update"==

Updated the look of cobblestone, Minecraft logo, all the items,
shading improvements on some blocks.
Fixed the tones of some of the wool. Fixed End portal inset.
Texture change on quartz ore. Subtraction of girlfriend easter egg. (You can guess on that)
Cleaned up some of the ores. Other minor changes I can't even remember.

Also, my Minecraft messed up just before I wrapped up the update. I was going to fix the horse armour textures so they didn't cover the eyes but I couldn't... Oh well, the next update will have that.
